A Private luxurious room in a 2 bedroom apartment includes gymnasium/Sauna facilities, Car parking space, barbecue Spot, Green garden area. This room is located on the ground floor in a 3 storey building block of flats in a square/courtyard. I live in this property,Guest access is to private room, bathroom /toilet area (only). Bathroom and toilet is shared with Host, light breakfast provided in Private room.
House Rules
No Loud music, No Pets, Guest access to Private room. BATHROOM/toilet - Shared KITCHEN (Very Small) -Shared and with just light cooking permitted. Use of Gym/sauna/ Secure onsite car parking space attracts an additional cost (Not fixed) depends on duration of stay. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice before Check-in date for any cancellation.
