Beautiful brand new home
Overview
Welcome to our bright new, spacious, fresh, family home. Blossoming garden, rolling green lawn, and beautiful quiet street. As you will be staying in a self contained downstairs space with separate access, sharing the kitchen, lounge and bathroom with two female students, females are preferred. All bills included such as Wifi, air con and electricity. Extremely convenient location with a few minutes walk to the city bus, train station, shopping centre, supermarket, chemist, and local pubs. We are a very friendly young family living separately upstairs, who would love to host you and help you get comfortable in Aussie land! We are very busy but always happy to stop for a chat and catch up over a meal every so often. We like gardening, cooking, and working hard!
