Overview
Retired teacher, living in beautiful bungalow in Swords, Co. Dublin. Quiet house, and great location , only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, also served by public transport to the airport, bus 102. Also great bus service to the city centre (approx. 40 mins) . Swords village, 10 minutes walk, with pubs, restaurants, Pavillian shopping centre with all the major retail stores. Study desk in bedroom, kitchen available to prepare, tea or coffee and light meals. Front sitting room can be used for short periods, for relaxing. Study, work in own room. Private bathroom , only occasionally used when family member visits. Water softener in shower. Also filtered water tap In kitchen. Available 3 nights minimum from 1st November 2025.
House Rules
Study desk and chair in bedroom, kitchen only for meal prep, cups of coffee etc. Laundry . Front lounge with TV. No loud music etc after 10.00
