Beachside living in Adelaide South
Overview
We are a kind and friendly family of three - Mum, 10 year old girl and 3 year old boy, a small dog called Blossom, two cats and a bunch of chickens! We live a relaxed earthy life by the beach. The room is large - apartment style - with a kitchenette and lounge area on the bottom level of our home. You will have your own private toilet and bathroom and shared laundry on the same bottom level. We live mainly upstairs but the children have their bedroom downstairs so a police clearance is necessary to stay and it is a female only situation. Bright, fully furnished boho style room (room must remain fully furnished) with: – Bed and quilt (linen can be provided) – Side table and lamp – Wardrobe – Leather lounge – Cowhide rug – Small kitchenette: single burner, air fryer, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave (minimum cooking facilities) – Heater provided and portable A/C available - large windows onto court yard with roller blinds - large backyard with chickens and pets Close to the beach — just 600m from the beach with ocean views from the house. Close to the popular Pt. Noarlunga beach and jetty and short drive to McClaren Vale, Adelaide Hills, and other attractions. Short walk to bus stop (300m) and close to train station (5 min drive). CBD is about a 40 minute drive Easy access to local shops, cafes, and parks Seeking a female home stay guest who is quiet, respectful, tidy, and reliable. - Low-tox household — no strong chemicals or scents to be used - Loves pets and friendly to children - Consideration appreciated around children’s nap- times - No male visitors when children are home (non-negotiable) - Not a home for guests and parties. - Use of recycling and green bins expected We would love to have you stay and get to know new people and cultures!
