beach house in Arraial
Overview
My husband and I live in a gated community that features a beautiful pool located 200 meters from the beach. The house is very comfortable, has 2 suites on the top and a bedroom and full bath on the first floor. We occupy a suite and the second can be comfortably occupied by 2 people. The other bedroom on the first floor is cozy, airy and the bathroom is for the exclusive use of the guest who occupies it. The location is excellent. We know the area and can give good tips on Trancoso, Caraíva, Santo André and all nearby.
House Rules
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight. The kitchen, as well as the grill can be used, but must be kept clean at all. Smoking only on the outside of the house. And never, ever, bring home to the condo and strangers. or recently known in town without my permission.
