Overview
We are a family of 3 adults in a 5 bedroom home in beautiful Artane, famous home of rock legends and actors alike! Walking distance to St. Anne's park which also has gigs in the summer! Walking distance to beach with a whole host of amenities on the doorstep. Beside a multi corridor of buses to city and beyond. 2 train stations nearby. Close to Dublin city centre, Dublin city university, Airport and Beaumont hospital. We have been hosting guests for 25 years and travelled extensively. Our pets are German Shepherd dogs. We have a twin room (loft, see description) and 2 single rooms available. We welcome males, females,families and students over 18. long term and short term stays available. Cash Payment on day of arrival. Revolut/PayPal not accepted. Kitchen and laundry available for long term guests ( 1 month + ) Please note: We do not provide Sponsorship letters for immigration purposes. Your Homestay Confirmation email can be used for proof of accommodation dates.
House Rules
Payment in euros due on arrival. No exception. No Revolut/PayPal. Check in by arrangement, check out 10 am. Please note: We do not provide sponsorship letters for immigration purposes. We do not give permission to receive post/mail at our address, However mail/post may be sent to our local postal office which is 1 minute walk away from our home. Kitchen and laundry available for long term guests. Strictly no pets/parties, non paying guests. Drugs and alcohol strictly forbidden in home. Noise levels kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am. One shower per person per day! No candles please. Smoking outdoors only. Key replacement fee: 10 euro per key. WiFi included.
