I'm a professional consultant with a cool Designer 3-Bedroom Apartment, I've hosted Students on Internships/Uni Exchange Semester. If you are looking for a Beautiful Peaceful Home to live in... THIS IS IT !!! My Homestay is conveniently located in the center of the Island at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1, it just takes 18mins to the CBD about 1.4km, and is well connected by public transport & Cabs to all places. I've Hosted Mostly Male Expat Professional Interns and Working Professionals from: UK, Australia, Spain, Germany, India, Switzerland, Canada, Slovenia, Holland, Brazil, Japan, USA & Malaysia . I've received many great guest reviews for my hospitality and comfy, relaxing home environment from the other websites as well. Everyone loves the Cosy & Quiet BEDROOM, furnished with: 1) King Sized Bed with SEALY Posturepedic Mattress & 4 Pillows, 2) 24 inch LED Monitor with HDMI input to stream your online content, 3) Writing Table and High Back Chair, 4) Full Wardrobe with lockable drawers, 5) Hair-Dryer, 6) Bath Towels, 7) Shower Gel, 8) Steam Iron 9) High Speed 1Gbps WiFi, 10) Aircon & Fan. You have a clean and bright bathroom which is not an en-suite. A Good DIY Breakfast is inclusive. I'd like to Host Professionals who are reasonably tidy, considerate and responsible. LGBT friendly. There are many local food outlets and two 24-hr Supermarkets nearby... you'll never go hungry staying here in my home.!! GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE...so book early !! House Rules
No Smoking in the apartment and bedroom please. I've a nice seated smoking area at the entrance foyer if you'd need to. Please keep the Living and Dining Room tidy after use. If you have your friends over, please inform me. I do NOT allow single female guests to book the room, unless recommended. Please note the recent FEB 2017 govt rules, regarding minimum stay duration.
