Bayside House
Overview
Welcome to our home, we are located 6 minutes from the water and 25 minutes to the CBD. Our house has a large pool and jungle like garden to enjoy out the back, you will have access to a large bedroom, shared bathroom (with residence), kitchen and living spaces. There is a washing machine, clothes line and dryer. Directly on our back fence is a bus line that will take u to the city, or there are 3 train stations less than 1.5 km away. There are typically 4 people who are at home, Laura (23). Greg and Maryanne (home owners but work away during weeks) and Sam (Laura's partner)
House Rules
Please clean up after your self, we have a cleaner once a fortnight that vacuums and does general cleaning. Please keep the room tidy and care for the spaces as they are shared. No parties or excessive noise we like to stay respectful of our neighbours, we live in a friendly quiet street with young families. You are more than welcome to use the fridge, laundry ect. please ask for help if you require assistance.
