Basement by the Sea
Overview
Basement studio double room with private entrance, ensuite and kitchenette. The host and family live in the main property. The property is in the sought after area of Bare and is a 1 minute walk to the promenade and the beautiful sunset across the bay. There are pubs, cafes, restaurant, laundrette, convenience store, post office, butcher and bakery all within a few minutes walk. The bus stop to Lancaster, Heysham, Carnforth and Kendal is across the road and Bare Lane train station is less than 10 minutes walk. There is a cycle route to Lancaster and there is storage space for bikes.

Guests can cancel until 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. Anything less than 24 hours there will a for charge for each night booked. Payment is by bank transfer only. Please no smoking or pets Otherwise please enjoy your stay
