Awesome Furnished Room In Texas
Overview
Lovely bedroom with antique furniture in single family home. Room has double bed, bureau, dresser, nightstand and lamp, flat screen television, free wifi, microwave and dorm fridge in the room. Guest has access to washer and dryer and somewhat limited access to the kitchen. I run a cottage business making jams and breads, and periodically I need dedicated use of the kitchen. I have four small dogs, two shih tzus, a peke a poo, and a Chihuahua. They stay in an enclosed kennel area when I am not home and they are not allowed in the guest area. However, you will be living in a home that has dogs and if you are not comfortable with dogs, you might not be comfortable in my home. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received via Paypal.
House Rules
My rules are pretty simple. My bedroom, bath, kennel, garage, and backyard are off limits. No excessive alcohol. No drugs. No parties. No overnight guests without approval. (Please understand I have the right to say "no") No loitering in the front yard. No smoking. No guns or weapons. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received via Paypal.
