Overview
My husband and I live in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom single-family home with our Maltipoo dog, Max. We both work in the music and film industry. We have two adult daughters who no longer live with us. Our home is located in a small suburban neighborhood in Burbank, with several parks, local restaurants, boutique shops, movie and stage theaters, and public transportation all within walking distance. We are 1.2 miles away from the New York Film Academy. Walt Disney Studios, Warner Bros., and Universal Studios are all within two miles of our home. House Rules
Full payment due upon move in. If you decide to shorten your stay, we require a 30 days' notice for a pro-rated refund. We like to keep our house clean. Maintaining a clean bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, no dirty dishes on the sink is very important to us. No eating a meal in the bedroom, except for snacks. No overnight visitor allowed.
