Overview
My husband and I live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home with our maltipoo dog Max. We both work in the music and movie industry. We have 2 adult daughters who are no longer living with us. Our home is in a small suburban neighborhood of Burbank, with several parks, local restaurants, boutique shops within walking distance, movie and stage theaters, and public transportation nearby. We are 1.2 mile away from New York Film Academy. Walt Disney Studio, Warner Bros and Universal Studio are within 2 miles from our place. Female inquiry only "30 Days minimum stay required” Full payment due on move in day. Cash only Food not included We have Netflix, Apple and Hulu streaming available.
House Rules
Full payment due upon move in. If you decide to shorten your stay, we require a 30 days' notice for a pro-rated refund. We like to keep our house clean. Maintaining a clean bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, no dirty dishes on the sink is very important to us. No eating a meal in the bedroom, except for snacks. No overnight visitor allowed.
