My family consists of me, my husband, and my son. I run a greengrocer and a real estate company. I have been a host for over 20 years.
House Rules
When you check-in, you have to pay the accommodation fee and tax(10%）by cash. Our location is very convenient. Just a 7 min. walk from Honatsugi station (Odakyu line) This is our private residence. The first floor is for guests only. Our living space is on the second floor. We have 2 Tatami Japanese traditional private guest rooms with a separate toilet and sink room shared by guests only. The shower room is on the second floor and shared with other guests and our family. Families and groups are welcome. Welcome digital nomads. There is working desk in the guest room.Please do not hesitate to ask us if you have any questions. Check-in time is from 15:00. Check-out is at 10:00am. No perfume or strongly scented products in the house. Please do not eat and cook strong and spicy smelling foods in the room and kitchen. The fee for children age 2 and over is the same as adults. Please be quiet after 22:00. No smoking. No pets. There are airport buses connections to our place(Honatsugi station) from Haneda airport directly. It's very easy access and reasonable. Free Wi-Fi Set up Electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator Washing machine and hair dryer are free to use. Attention: Please arrange parking needs PRIOR to booking Parking charge is free. But when you park without permission, you have to pay 5,000yen.
