If you're looking for a cosy homestay experience in a penthouse apartment, this is the perfect place to enjoy a seaside getaway. It offers all the comfort for a relaxing stay. Easy access to restaurants, shops and beach. Enjoy a comfortable stay in a bright double bedroom with a spacious terrace and mountain views, outdoor swimming pool and communal gardens (open during months May to September) and free WiFi. Relax on the terrace or at the pool area or visit one of the many beautiful towns nearby. You’ll have your own comfortable double bedroom with wardrobe, work desk and a private bathroom (shower). The apartment is shared with me, two friendly cats, and a sweet senior dog, so it’s ideal if you’re an animal-loving traveller. The apartment has a large sunny terrace and is surrounded by shops, cafés and all amenities within walking distance. The location is really convenient; just 20 minutes’ walk, or a 5 minute drive, to both the beach and the centre of Fuengirola and a 25-minute walk to the train & bus station, giving you quick access to Málaga and the airport. This is a relaxed home environment, perfect for a mature female solo traveller, or a couple, looking for a peaceful stay near the sea. Welcome to Ático Aurora! For a smooth booking and a comfortable stay, guests are asked to have a complete profile and share a little about themselves in their request. I’m happy to share my penthouse apartment with you. To keep things comfortable for everyone (including the pets!), here are a few simple guidelines: - Pets: I live with 2 cats and a senior dog. They’re part of the home and very friendly, but please don’t feed them or let them outside. - Private spaces: Your room and bathroom are just for you. My office and bedroom are private. Please remember to switch off lights and taps when not in use. - Shared spaces: You’re welcome to use the terrace and kitchen for light snacks and drinks. Just leave things tidy for the next person. - Pool use: The pool is open from May until September. Please follow the community rules (opening hours, no glass, etc.). - Quiet hours: From 22:00 to 08:00, so everyone can rest well. - Smoking: This is a smoke-free home, including the terrace. - Stay type: This is a relaxed home for short visits, ideal for mature female solo travellers seeking peace and comfort (two guests may be accepted by agreement). - Bringing pets: Possible on request only, if they are calm and used to cats/dogs. They must sleep in the guest bedroom and cannot be left alone in the apartment. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. - Payment: 25% at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on arrival together with passport/ID. - Security: Please double-lock the front door whenever you go out. - Respect: Please treat the apartment as you would your own. - Visitors: For safety and comfort, only registered guests may enter the apartment. - Noise & events: No parties, events or loud music. Please use headphones when listening to music or watching videos in shared spaces, so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay. - Laundry service: Available upon request, 10€ per wash.
