Overview
I am an artist, born in Buenos Aires, resident in Barcelona for more than twenty years. I run an online gallery of emerging artists, an artist-in-residence project, and work on my own work. I like my work, my house, quiet and orderly places, vegetarian cuisine, plants, music, fresh air, people, dreams, life.
House Rules
Courtesy rules • In the kitchen: Left clean and tidy as you used. This includes: put clean dishes and utensils away, don’t stack everything! (You will have to replace what is broken.) · Common sense: before washing dishes put clean ones away. · Dry and store kitchenware after use. · If you get water on floor, mop it up! Swep, etc. · In the fridge, there is a space to store your food; before you go, check that it is empty and clean for the next guest. • In the bathroom: · After using the bathroom, leave the shower clean, without hair, and dry floor. • Do not wash clothes. • Smoking on the balcony or in the workshop. · Respect the hours of rest: 11PM to 8AM both at home and in the rest of the building. · When you enter or leave, check if the door is properly closed, and please, do not slam doors! • WiFi: there are several antennas, depending on how you move, one will fit better than another. Keep in mind that this is a room in a flat shared by several artists; It is not a hotel, nor a private apartment. Shared apartment means sharing common spaces with other people. Enjoy coffe, salt sugar, condiments and spices, napkins and paper towels, etc but replacing it when it gets low. Please remember: The room is for personal use and non-transferable; you are responsible for whoever you invite, and if they stay overnight you will be required to pay an extra fee.
