Overview
Private room in an Art Deco apartment in the heart of Belo Horizonte close to EVERYTHING! Malls, bars, restaurants (self-service), parks, plazas, museums, and so on. The building was constructed in 1948 and now it’s patrimony of the city. Public transportation is 2 blocks from here going to a lot of places of BH, also the subway is 5 blocks from here. The owner of the apartment is Marcia (65), a lovely Brazilian lady who I have been living with for almost 2 years. She is like my Brazilian mother, I am from Colombia and I am doing my masters in Design here. The apartment has just one bathroom, which is used by everyone in the house (Marcia and me). Computer, wireless internet, washing machine and kitchen with all amenities are available for your convenience. Piano and acoustic guitar available.
