Apt. near the beach and the subway
Overview
Our apartment is very nice, live just me and my son of 09 years which is a very social and musical child. We have no pets. We have 03 bedrooms, one of them is used by our guests, 02 bathrooms and views of the sea. Our home is very close to the charming neighborhood of Santa Teresa, the Flamengo Beach and have an underground station on the corner house, access is very easy to any neighborhood of the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro, including there is a bike path that takes you to Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon. A delight to enjoy the scenery there. I love cooking and entertaining friends at home.
House Rules
For living together in harmony, we need to wake up the kitchen use of time. All the dishes used to be washed. The guest is not allowed to bring any person as his guest (a) without my express permission.
