The apartment is located in a very commercial area ( super market, restaurants, shops , pharmacy, banks , etc...) Two block away from St Joseph Oratory. The building is considered heritage and protected from being demolished. the room sizes are huge with very high ceiling. The room with two beds ( CHAMBRE 1)is self contained with mini fridge, microwave. Kettle and coffee machine: NO KITCHEN ACCESS except for cleaning your dishes. Please note that there is $45 cleaning fee payable to cover the cost of preparing your room.
House Rules
No smoking clean your own mess especially in the bathroom( no hair or dirt left in the tub or the sink). Cjean up imidiatly after cooking No noise after 10 pm No party no sleep over
