Quiet, clean and organized cozy apartment! We are only 2 people, no children. The place is next door to the American Consulate, close to the Events Center, Morumbi mall! Very well located.
House Rules
Don't make noise on the building's stairs, be discreet, neighbors are never in favor of this type of rental! Do not smoke in the apartment, when using dishes and any other object please wash, after 11pm do not make noise. You can't cook at home or wash clothes, there's a very good restaurant next door, a bakery and a supermarket, and the laundry is opposite, it already washes and dries. *Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to notify us at least 10 days in advance in case of cancellation. Any cancellation after this period will not be refunded. *Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay us the total booking amount in advance to secure their room - Bank details will be provided once the online booking has been confirmed.
