Hi there my name is ROLAND, i have a 3 bed house, which has recently been fully refurbished, with solid oak woodflooring new wiring new plumbing, the house is absolutely clean, quiet, cosy room, I live with my family (4months old baby boy and my wife) we are very friendly,polite people so any one can get with us.

No pets, no smoking indoors, clean, tidy, wash up your disbes if kichen used,no partying or loud music, also no light breakfast included.
