Amazing Loft w/ Bathroom for Women
Overview
If you're looking for a spacious studio, with terrace, and private bathroom, near to the Corroios train station (5 minuts walking), away from Lisbon's hectic movement, but at 15 minuts train from Lisbon Center, this one in residential Corroios, between Almada and Seixal, could be your new home away from home! The studio are at 5 minuts walking to train station, 15 minuts from Lisbon center, 10 minuts to near beach by car (you can get a Uber for 5€). Custom tours are negotiable. What people that i rent say about it: - The attractive and cosy look of the place; - The well-connected location. - Good wifi network. - The best support that you could have from the owner. Attention! Just rented to 1 or 2 girls/womans maximum. No visits alloud. A eldery woman live in the ground floor, my mother. Normally i overnight in the ground floor room. The loft, 1st floor are entire private, no one will climb the stairs without your permission. The room door have keys and lock.
House Rules
Only for 1 Girl Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No pets are allowed inside. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 10 pm.
