This is a stand-alone villa located in Grey Lynn, just a 3-minute walk from Ponsonby and 2km or 30 minutes walking distance to CBD. Bus stop just around the corner. We have a decent size living and dining area. Open plan kitchen with large workbench. All our rooms are very spacious with good sunlight and airflow. The location is close to all amenities, eg, supermarkets, grocery shop, gym, and park. We are more than happy to assist you with any queries about settling in Auckland, this is your home away from home.

No smoking inside the house at all time and no laud noise after 10pm. No extra guest in the room without permission.
