Overview
Need a decently priced functional room in Lagos? I invite you to share my home for clean, quiet homely comfort. It is 5-10 minutes away from the airport in light traffic, making it perfect for transit passengers. The house is a terrace building consisting of two floors with four rooms in total and a dining room and coffee area downstairs. Guest have access to private rooms on the first floor equipped with double bed,clean sheets, light duvet,towels, air conditioning, television,work desk and chair, coffee table and sofa, your own DSTV decoder with over 60 channels, Wifi. Your room is cleaned daily except sundays. Breakfast of cereal and bread tea/coffee is served free daily. In addition to free cold water, use of a mini fridge, microwave plates and cutlery. The kitchen is for my private use only. The second floor is also strictly for my private use only as well. Myself and my girlfriend are the only permanent residents in the house. The house is located in Ikeja GRA (mainland) Lagos Nigeria, It is located to major landmarks such as the Ghana high commission,head quarters of G4s security company,Nigeria police college. The Ikeja Golf course is within walking distance, so also several restaurants like dominos pizza, barcelos, spur etc and several night clubs and bars.
House Rules
HOUSE RULES 1. Only two occupants in a room. 2. The kitchen is for private use only. 3. Second floor is for private use only 4. Once upstairs as consideration to other people please keep noise to a minimum when discussing with your visitors, talking on the phone , volume on television etc 5. Kindly ensure that when you close the front door of the house when leaving or coming in that you push it till it latches securely 6. Use of personal pressing irons, ring boilers, ovens, microwaves in house is not allowed. these are available in the house for our use 7. Kindly switch off the air conditioner and water heater when not in use. 8. Guest shall not use the internet to make heavy downloads such as movies, music, large files or conduct any illegal activity on the house WIFI network. 9. Please let us know who your visitors are before we let them in. 10. Please call 31 before going out to leave your room key. Do not leave any money, valuables unattended anywhere in the house . Host will not be liable for any loss you incur
