Microwave and refrig/freezer for tenant use, shared full kitchen upstairs for meal prep if desired. Laundry room shared with owner. Furnished, plenty of storage. In established neighborhood within blocks of university, hospital, library, shopping. Owner occupied, with one small friendly and hypoallergenic dog. Shared front entrance.
House Rules
Quiet time 10pm to 6pm. Please inform us if you will be home later than 10 pm or gone overnight. No overnight visitors. Please do not bring strangers into our home without prior permission. Guests clean up after themselves. The private guest space is in a sunny basement, and includes a private living area adjacent to bedroom/bathroom and includes TV/video, sofa, large desk, eating area. A microwave and freezer are included. The basement laundry room is shared with the owner, used approximately 1x per week. A one month security deposit is required, with 1/2 due prior to arrival. Will be returned within 2 weeks of end of stay.
