Overview
Keeping it simple at this peaceful and comfortable fully renovated apartment suite on the lower level of our house. I live at this property and will be able to assist with any questions you may have. It's a 5 min walk to trails & 5 min drive to the local beach. Great for couples, solo, or business travelers. 30 mins drive to Downtown Toronto. Easy access to highway 401 and public transportation.
House Rules
$14 Add charge per day for front park after 5 day No pot/other drug smoking/vaping in/on premises Once checkout time lapses, the door code will change and you will NOT have access to get back in Late or early check-In/Out requests.....A Charge of $25 per-half hour Beyond 2 hours a 50% to 100% of a your Suites day rate If guest cancels their booking for the inability to check in, and asks for a refund, the suite renter will assume payment for that refund
