It has its own mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc. Full bathroom with shower. Access to washer/dryer. Front entrance has place to sip coffee. Quiet community for strolling. Centrally located to shopping, grocery store, hospital, post office, banks, restaurants and beach. For ESL students, there are language schools in the community. Free parking on premises.
House Rules
There is no smoking and no parties. Noise is to be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors. Keep all doors locked when leaving the property. Because we are on a septic system, only flush toilet paper. Once you arrive we will go over how to operate things in the property and you will be able to create your own smart lock code.
