Our Shared rooms are in W12 area near Westfield Shopping Centre and Central line tube station and Three minutes away from Hammersmith Hospital Ducan Road Our accommodation is for very clean non smoking females only All our rooms are fully furnished with new bathroom and kitchen and new garden with swimming pool and gymnasium on the next street Our rent is £180.00 a week with a deposit of £300.00 which is refundable when leaving All applicants must be able to show work history or offer and bank history All viewings must be made in advance
House Rules
We have a cleaning Router which each room will clean each week Kitchen and bathroom must be clean at all times All Bins must be empty on a Sunday for collection All Rent must be paid on time No Smoking Accommodation
