Townhouse of 03 floors, 05 Baths, Laundry, all very comfortable, very clean, spacious, airy and super bright, noble neighborhood of the city of Osasco, Brazil. We have TV's throughout the home, computers available, Broadband Internet, Wi Fi, fans for every room in the home in times of heat, heating in cold season, bedroom with treliche, balcony and suite, mini gym, we have marketing authorization in same neighborhood. We are medium-sized entrepreneurs without employees, we have only 01 son who is 14 years old, calm and polite, help in housework and the room is exclusive for guests in their period of stay.

Respect, organization, cleanliness and hygiene are essential. No smoking indoors. The rest can match.
