Overview
My place is Located in Rowland Road, very close to Elgin Road. My 4 bedroom apartment with a huge living room will serve as the perfect get away for you and your family/friends. The apartment is close to the city center, parks, hospitals and shopping mall. It is 50 minute drive from the Airport and is settled in a safe residential neighborhood of the city. The apartment comes with free WiFi and is best suited for upto 6 travellers. We try our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience this place is suited for all kind of travellers. Light Vegetarian Breakfast is complimentary. Please note : We let out 3 out of the 4 bedrooms. The fourth room is locked with our personal stuff and we might need to access it intermittently. However we assure guests are not disturbed at odd hours. Extra beds can be arranged at an additional costs in case there are more than 6 guests
House Rules
HOUSE RULES 1) Standard Checkin time is 2 pm. Check out time is 11 am. 2) We cook Veg Food only. You can order for Non-Veg from outside 3) If you are not eating in the house, please inform us 1(One) day in Advance else we shall charge the meals 4) Any Breakage of furniture and fixture shall be chargeable on replacement cost basis. 5) No Loud Music after 10 pm 6) No Drugs allowed 7) No Illegal activities allowed in the premises. In case of anyone found involved in the same, we reserve the right to cancel the stay and forfeit all the money paid 8) We need government issued identities of all the people staying at our place for security reasons 9) Additional guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior permission. 10) We work on prepayment basis i.e all payments with respect to stay (except food) should be paid in advance. 11) In case you are coming late at night, please inform the caretaker in advance (preferably) about it so he is ready to open the gates. 12) Please switch off Lights, Fans , AC and geysers when not in use 13) Sweeper is scheduled to come at 9.30 am daily. In case the bathroom is not ready to be cleaned please give him/ her the alternate time when he should be cleaning. This can be communicated to the house keeper as well. 14) We work on prepayment basis - Kindly pay for your stay at the time of checkin. For food, bills may be settled as per mutual convenience.
