A beautiful quiet comfortable home and I offer to you a well lit cosy furnished room (content: Double Bed, Two Free Standing Wardrobes, Double couch, no TV). Suitable for a single person travelling with no dependents (meaning no children) Home away from home setup. Must be responsible & neat A family bathroom with adjacent toilet so you would have to share and take turns (just like at home). Uncapped Wifi Electricity included Safe Street Parking Close to the CBD
House Rules
Work extremely careful with water (our current situation) 2 minute shower either in the morning or evening Depending on your laundry you may take it to a laundromat or use the available washing machine NO alcohol allowed in the house at any point in time - you may drink outside (while socializing) but not in the house at all
