A room near the pub
Overview
Hi I’m Lewis, have hosted for a number of years now. Until now It’s been mainly through language schools. I have a three bedroom house in Portslade, Brighton which is well maintained with central heating, regularly cleaned rooms with wifi. I also offer a weekly change of bed linen. From LGW airport: 30 minutes by train to Fishersgate station £13.60 30 minutes by taxi £40.00 if arranged in advance Coaches hourly to Brighton then taxi/bus A light breakfast of cereals, toast and coffee/tea can be arranged. Evening meals can also be offered if required. I have washing and drying facilities if needed. I also have a patio which is great in the summer and a large kitchen dinner. It’s close to the bus stops and a train station which will carry you into central Brighton in 10 minutes. We have gyms and the beach nearby and an award winning pub three minutes away and a host of food outlets nearby as well. Sounds good huh!
House Rules
Please lock the house when going out, be respectful, others live here. Please be quiet when coming home late. Please no use of the kitchen for cooking. Please leave the kitchen and any other rooms how you found them No shoes in the house please. Please do not leave lights and other electrical equipment on unnecessarily, turn off when not in use. Please, no other guests are allowed at any time unless cleared by myself. Washing gets done once a week if required. Towels are provided as well as toilet paper and hand soap. Please only smoke ouside.
