Overview
I am an ESL online teacher living in a large 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a balcony overlooking a garden and a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The room available is spacious, and bright with a private bathroom. Please note that there will be a one month deposit in advance to secure the room. This deposit will be applied to the rent upon your arrival.
House Rules
Payment Method: Please note that I require one month payment in advance at time of booking. This advanced payment will be applied to the first month. Bank details will be informed after confirming the booking online. Cancellation Policy: I ask my guest to give me at least 14 days notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. Rules of the house: Mutual respect Clean up after yourself in the shared spaces

This large room for 1 student has hardwood floors, two big windows overlooking a quiet, landscaped yard with lots of big green shady trees. It has a twin/single bed, a large desk ,a credenza for storage, and a large closet with lots of shelving.
