A happy yellow house!
Overview
I live alone in a small house with a single bed available in a small bedroom. My parents house is very close to mine (neighbours). There is a Kitchen, bathroon, tv room, garage everything clean and very confortable! The place where I live is very calm, more like a countryside in the middle of the Island (Florianopolis). In the same time is very close to the main beaches (15 min by car) and the city centre. There are some trekkings close to my house that goes to Lagoa da Conceição, very famous lagoon on the city. I speak Portuguese and English. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats but they stay outside of the house (big garden)
House Rules
I don't smoke, so if you do, please just outside of the house. You must at least accept pets around, they never come insede if the house, but they are playing the garden.
