House Rules
No pets — I love animals, but the home is pet-free for cleanliness and allergies. No smoking or vaping — anywhere on the property (including balcony/entry). No parties or events — this is a calm, residential home. Cleanliness — please remove shoes at the door, keep your room tidy, and leave the shared bathroom clean and dry after use (wipe counters, hang towels). Quiet hours: 10pm–7am — be mindful of voices, music, and doors. Guests — only the registered guest may enter/stay (no unregistered visitors). Kitchen — no kitchen access. Home-cooked meals may be available by request with advance notice. Food in room — light snacks only; please avoid strong odors and dispose of waste promptly. Safety — turn off lights/heaters when you leave, and lock the door on exit. Respect — treat the home and neighbors with care; violations may result in cancellation without refund per platform policy.
