Nestled in a quiet and charming neighbourhood in the suburbs close to the beach, my home offers a warm and inviting space perfect for students, volunteers & travellers looking for comfort and relaxation. Whether you're visiting for work, adventure, or just a peaceful getaway, you'll find everything you need right here. I live with my parents in a beautifully curated space with a cozy living room area, a kitchen with a 24-hour dedicated Chef that will provide you with 3 meals a day, and comfortable sleeping arrangements designed to make you feel right at home. There is are 2 Private rooms with a huge bed and the other with twin beds were you would get to wake up to natural light streaming through the windows and unwind in a serene garden after a long day of exploring. Conveniently located near Sawa Sawa Bay that is close to Palm Village Shopping Mall where you can shop at different convinient stores. My home is an ideal spot for guests who appreciate both tranquility and accessibility as both me and my parents are English speakers. House Rules
1. Quiet Hours: * Please respect quiet hours from 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM] to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. 2. No Smoking Indoors: * Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You may use the designated outdoor area if applicable. 3. Visitors & Guests: * Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight (if you have a guest coming over,please communicate in advance) * Visitors are welcome but must be approved in advance. 4. Kitchen Use: * Feel free to use the kitchen amenities but please communicate in advance if you want to cook * Label any personal food items and avoid using items not meant for guests. 5. Respect for Shared Spaces: * Keep common areas tidy and clean up after yourself. 6. No Parties or Events: * This is a peaceful home; loud music, parties, or events are not permitted. 7. Energy Conservation: * Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use. 8. Security: * Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the house. 9. Laundry & Cleaning: * Laundry facilities are available. * Housekeeping is provided 11. Pets: * Pets are loved but not allowed 12. Respect & Courtesy: * Be mindful of other guests and neighbours.
