"Method of payment": Once the guest pays 15% to Homestay.com online, we request 50% of the remaining balance of the reservation and the day of arrival the client can pay the 50 % Remaining. To make the payment in advance, please contact us via HOMESTAY to arrange the payment. "Cancellation Policy": For cancellation of the reservation the guest needs to contact us at least "7 days before" on the day of arrival for the refund of their money.
