A single cozy large room, located almost in the city center, just a 5-minute walk to the tram, or a 20-second walk to the bus station. Additionally, it's a 15-minute walk to both U-Bahn stations U8/U9 (Osloer Str) or U8 (Pankstr). It's a perfect space for a couple or one person, with a workspace/table, a large bed, and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully furnished, equipped with a washing machine and dryer. WiFi is also available. Please ask for permission to use the kitchen.
