A Big and Comfortable house in SP
Overview
We have a big house with a big pool in the backyard and a front yard that is beautiful. The gated community is very safe and the neighbors tend to be quiet. We (me and mom) live in a house with 2 available bright bedroom with a Box-spring Queen-size bed, closet and desk. These rooms have bathrooms. We have a laundry, my mom cooks wonderful food, you will be able to go to touristic places and once I'm an English teacher I will be able to communicate in English with you. We live 40-60 minutes from the city center, but 10-15 minutes from the bus stop (on foot)
House Rules
We just don't want partners (boyfriend, girlfriend) sleeping at home. We don't have many rules, we just need some help with the cleaning. We can cook lunch or dinner for you, but then, we will need to share the expenses on food.
