It is a luxurious duplex villa,covering 2200 sq ft each floor, consisting of 4 spacious bedrooms with luxurious attached washrooms.A lounge area with a dining space and a set kitchen.The villa is surrounded by beautiful landscape garden, pool, gym ( Pool & Gym available for guests staying more than three weeks},playground for children,path to walk around, sports activity centre and 24hrs security with no intervention of any trespassers.Absolute peace and tranquility to soothe your nerves and free yourself from stress in life. There are a lot of things you can do around my bungalow Axis Mall - Within 5 min. for all your grocery, shopping & movies. City Centre 2 - 20 min. for all your shopping. Wax Museum - 10 min. Eco Park - 10 min. Water Park - 2min. Airport - 25 min. Railway Station - 50 min. Old City - 40 min. My place is well connected with call a cab like Uber & Ola. As for me and my partner, she is a working professional and I, a businessman. You would find me & her home most of the time if we are not traveling out. We are very easy on the soul and believe in the old Indian ideal " The guest is equivalent to god," and try to live by this old belief in us. House Rules
Photo Identification to be carried and a copy to be given to the host. Smoking allowed in the backyard or front lawn but not in the villa. Peace and tranquility of the house to be maintained all time. Mine is more of a self help place, so treat the place like you would treat your own house :-] Follow check out time and if delayed by any reason, pls. inform the host, always considerate for an hour and not beyond.
