Lovely 5 bedroom house with a self contained Granny Flat / annexe situated in a quiet leafy mature suburb in Dublin 9. Central location 1km to Beaumont Hospital, 2km DCU, 4km Croke Park, 4.3km Mater Hospital, 4.5km to city centre, 5.2km to TCD Trinity College Dublin and RCSI and 6km to Dublin Airport. Omni shopping centre is a 10 minute walk from our house with many shops including Pennys, Nando's, Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, M&S, H&M, Tesco and IMC cinema. Buses are: 1, 14, 16, 16C, 33, 41, 41C, 101 and 104 N4 which serves the Point Village and concert arena. We have two buses 5 minutes from our house to / from Dublin Airport. The 41 bus operates a direct route to and from Dublin Airport 24/7. Motor way : Close to M50 and N1 to Belfast City Centre 30 to 40 min walk My daughter is coeliac so I can provide a gluten free light breakfast. I can also provide a gluten free lunch and dinner for an additional cost.
House Rules
Welcome to Dublin, Ireland **Please ensure you read my house rules before you book a room.** This is a family home offering the opportunity to stay with a local Dub. I am not a hotel so please be aware that you have to be respectful of my home and neighbours. No Cooking : There is no cooking allowed except for those staying in the Granny flat Payment: Full payment must be made on all bookings over €500, 72 hours prior to arrival. The balance on all bookings must be paid immediately ON ARRIVAL. Cash, Paypal (Friends and family) is accepted Check In - 3pm Check out - 10.30am Light breakfast - self service available from 6.30am to 9.30am My daughter is coeliac so I can offer gluten free options. Eco friendly: guest to seperate their plastic and paper and use the recycling bins. Towels - I am not in a position to provide fresh towels on a daily basis, but will provide towels on arrival. Showers : must not be longer than 10 minutes as a safety valve will shut off the power to prevent over heating of the electric motor. You cannot use my address to open a bank account or register for GNIB card. No alcohol or smoking permitted in my house. No wet clothes to be put on the radiators especially in the Granny Flat as they are electric No showers after 9pm inside the main house as my children will be sleeping Working from home is NOT possible.

Private self contained apartment with kitchen / living area and private bathroom. See other photos for room and bathroom. Sleeps 3 comfortably; but can sleep 4 ( 2 Adults & 2 children). For comfort best to sleep 3 adults.
This room has bunk beds which can accomodate up to 110kgs. The room is not suitable for long stays or someone looking to stay in their room as the room is more suitable for those who are out and about.
Large room will double bed. The room is situated on the ground floor of the house.
