Overview
Welcoming friendly home with large garden and parking in driveway. Direct access into city centre approx 20 by bus and 15 mins from Edinburgh airport. We have 2 small rooms available 1x small double room (room only) with tea/coffee hospitality tray. 1x small twin room (room only) with tea/coffee hospitality tray. We do not provide breakfast or use of kitchen am afraid. Both rooms have tea/coffee facilities with hospitality tray. Full payment on arrival (cash)
House Rules
No smoking in house. Smoking in garden permitted. Cash payment on arrival or within 24hr of stay. Check in time 12pm Check out time 11am. All the above applies unless arranged with host.
