Hello! I'm Tejashree, a single working professional living in a cozy three-bedroom home in Pimpama, where I typically work from home. I know firsthand the excitement and challenges of being an international student—Australia welcomed me warmly when I first arrived, and now I'm eager to share that same hospitality with students & working professionals from around the world. I would love to help you settle in, introduce you to the vibrant culture of the Gold Coast and Brisbane, and show you some of the beautiful places that make this area special. Please note a valid digital identity proofs must be submitted before the stay. If applicable, a copy of the visa should also be provided. Payment conditions: Stay Less Than a Week: Full payment for the entire stay is required in advance. Stay More Than a Week: Weekly rent must be paid in advance before the start of each week. Bond Requirement: A refundable bond of $200 is required upon arrival and will be refunded at departure, provided there are no damages or outstanding payments.

House Rules: Clean Up After Yourself: Please help keep our shared spaces tidy by cleaning up after yourself, especially in the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. Respect for Furniture and Belongings: Feel free to use the furniture and other items provided, but please treat them with care and keep everything neat. No Overnight Visitors: To ensure everyone’s comfort and privacy, overnight visitors are not allowed. Notify About Visitors: If you’d like to have friends or guests over, please inform me in advance.
