2 Cozy bedrooms in Brooklin
Overview
I rent 2 bedrooms with a private full bathroom in a charming apartment with great amenities. The rooms have 1 double bed each, closet with drawers, desk, wifi, ceiling fan and closet with plenty of hangers. I provide 400 thread sheets, good pillows, and Egyptian cotton bath towels. I have a wash and dry machine, iron and ironing table.
House Rules
Guests may check in from 10am to 10pm. You can use the kitchen to heat food, or to prepare a sandwich. No big cooking though. If you need to do your laundry, please bring your own detergent. I will do your laundry and put your clothes back in your closet. I prefer to handle my washing machine myself. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Lock doors and windows when leaving the house. No visitors allowed unless you ask first. Treat the house as your own for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 10 pm.
