Overview
My home is my nesting and resting place. It is beautifully constructed with a contemporary style to suit and please most kind of persons. My home is open, airy, bright and cheerful. With over 1700 sq.ft of space, lots of upgrades have been made to the home. Home's rental portions, for guests, are both on ground and 1st floor; and approx. 1100 sq.ft with 2 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Other areas are shared with host. Flooring is of broken-style marble stone and all doors are wood crafted. Rooms have double doors with lock arrangement for additional safety and security. Bedrooms have double and single beds with foamed mattresses, wardrobes, working desk and ceiling fans. Air Conditioning is optional and chargeable. Bathrooms are private but not completely attached. Kitchen is shared where guests can lend a hand in cooking activities. The portion extends to a balcony/front area and a covered terrace, both facing West. Approx. 600 sq.ft of rooftop can be utilized for sun-bath, relaxation, get-together and bonfires. We are a small vegetarian family of only 4 members who love, care and wish wellness and prosperity for each other and all.

NOTE FOR GUESTS: MEALS, EXCEPT A LIGHT & NUTRITIOUS BREAKFAST, ARE EXCLUDED FROM PRICES; AND ARE CHARGED AT REASONABLE COSTS. ALL ROOMS' CHARGES EXCLUDE AIR CONDITIONING CHARGES. PROVIDED AND CHARGED EXTRA. Decent, educated and respectful guests are wholeheartedly and always WELCOME. Quite Hours: 22:00 Hrs to 06:00 Hrs. Strictly No Smoking. No Exceptions. Drinking is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS. Rude and unethical behavior, unnecessary Noise/ shouting/ hooting/ screaming is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. Only assisting pet (dog) is allowed. Any other kind of pet and/or wild animal is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. Availability of covered parking space is at owner's discretion. Guest(s) may assist owner/cook in kitchen during meals' preparation. Any additional guest or calling-in of friend(s) MUST need owner's permission. WATER IS A PRECIOUS ASSET. KINDLY USE IT AS AND WHEN NEEDED; AND IN RIGHT VOLUME!

Room is on ground floor thus, comfortable to stay. King-size bed has foam-layered mattresses for refreshing sleep. Room can easily accommodate 2 adults; and, one child (2-10 years) at an extra charges. Air Conditioning Unit incurs extra charges.
NOTE: This bedroom is on 2nd floor of house. Full furnished bedroom have king-sized bed with medicate mattresses, linens. Bedroom has private-attached bathroom fitted with water geyser. Bedroom has private balcony. Air Conditioning unit charges extra.
