Beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom Apartment with spacious bathroom , livingroom , kitchenette . Lock off Unit . You will have your separate acess to the apartment for more privacy , but also sharing the lounge area , terrace and swimming pool with the owner of the house that lives in the same property . We , my daughter and I will be hosting you , guide and assist you any way we can and also fix you a light breakfast . Only 3 blocks from the waterfront , ATM, Grocery Store and less than 10 min walk to the best restaurants in Town . Best residential area in town , super safe and quiet .
House Rules
Please no Kids . When you get here i will ask you for a Refundable deposit of $75 usd if anything brakes etc at the end of your stay you will get it back . Also if you want to take the pool towels out i will ask for a 15 usd deposit per towel please be respectful to leave the place in good condition all the appliances available and working as you received it . Please when you leave the apartment make sure you turn off the lights , the A/C and the fans , electricity in mexico is very expensive , thanks
