Home is next to Coastline Pizzeria and Chevron gas station with Z convenience store. Home is within 1 mile of Downtown Houston, Target, Kroger, Total Wine, Momentum Climbing, Cycle Bar, Orange Theory Fitness, F45, Buffalo Bayou Brewery, Urban South Brewery, City Orchard Cidery, Holler Brewery, Platypus Brewery, White Oak Trail, Buffalo Bayou Trail, the Cistern Washington Ave., Memorial Highway, Allen Parkway and I-10 East and West and I-45 North and South on ramps. Within 2 miles of the house is Midtown Houston, 713 Music Hall, White Oak Music Hall, Buffalo Heights HEB, Sprouts, Wal-Mart, University of Houston-Downtown, the Lower Heights on White Oak main drag, Buffalo Bayou Park, Eleanor Tinsley Park and EOS Fitness. Dogs, if house trained and non-aggressive, are allowed. No smoking on the property. Audible noise hours are 9 AM to 9 PM on all days.
