10 Mins from city comfy clean home
Overview
We live in Dublin 5 area, a short walk from the train station and the bus stop, so using public transport to get to the center of Dublin only takes 10 minutes via train or buses. Raheny village is a 5 minute walk away and has shops, pharmacies, banks, cafe's, restaurants, pubs and an excellent library which is open everyday of the year. Check out the photos there is one about the library. Trinity college and all colleges in the city centre are a short journey away using public transport. We are close to Howth, Portmarnock and Malahide and a very short walk to St Anne's Park and the coast.

Homestay adds 15% onto the total cost for the use of this service, THIS IS NOT A BOOKING DEPOSIT, this fee goes to Homestay, not me. After making the booking on this website a 25% security deposit must be paid into my account . The remainder is paid on arrival. The security deposit is refundable if you cancel up to 7 days before your arrival, if you cancel after that the deposit is non-refundable. If keys are lost there will be a charge of €15. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS A FAMILY HOME therefore respect us and our home as you would expect us to respect yours. The shower is electric and is the most expensive electric item to use in the house, therefore I allow each guest a 10 minute shower once per day. If you require more than one shower per day then and extra fee is required. Under no circumstances are there clothes to be washed in the shower. If you break the shower it will cost you €600 to replace. I have a washing machine. Ireland is the most expensive country in the world for electricity. Please be aware of this. We have a cat & a dog so please if you don't like pets or are afraid of them please don't book here. No smoking anywhere in the house, smoking only in the garden. I have no problem with guests going out for a sociable drink but I do have reservations about those who become very drunk as this always causes problems. If you break anything in my home you must pay in full ie tradesman fees and or replacement fee. You are free to come home at any time, but please be quiet for us and for the neighbours, especially between 10.30pm and 7.00 am. It is not permitted to bring other people into our home no matter what. The check-out time is 10.30am unless otherwise agreed before booking. THE USE OF THE WASHING MACHINE IS ONLY FOR EMERGENCIES or LONG TERM GUESTS. *I work from home so I expect guests to explore Dublin and not to be hanging around the house all day. We are here to make your stay in Dublin enjoyable so ask if you need advice with anything. By booking your place with us you are agreeing with these rules. Please feel free to ask questions.
