There is shared use of the main bathroom with one other person. There is access to the kitchen with all cooking facilities provided. All bills (electricity, internet, bins) are included in the price. The house is in close proximity to plenty of amenities and public transport. It is a 1-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. It is a 5-minute walk to Balgriffin Park. Malahide Castle & Gardens is an 8-minute drive and Portmarnock Beach is a 10-minute drive. It is a 30-minute bus journey to the city centre. The house is owner occupied. Clean towels and fresh bed linen will be provided every 2 weeks. There are no pets permitted in the house. Smoking is also not permitted in the house.
