Small room available in townhouse , walking distance to the bus, and seven minutes to sky train station. Lots of good food, shopping, recreation center and parks close by in this quiet and very safe neighbourhood. Rate $ 850 a month, ( minimum stay 2 months ) If less than 2 months a rate of $350 per week is applicable Airport pick up Uber, $50 Nightly meal if required $12 And light breakfast, $5 , Hydro and Wi-Fi $40 per month A recent photograph and a little about you is appreciated. Bookings must be prepaid prior to arrival. A familiarity tour of the neighbourhood is provided ( No cost ) Ty Host
House Rules
Welcome to my Home On arrival please remove shoes , use slippers and wash hands . - Rooms are to be kept tidy with bed to be made up each morning on departure ~On leaving the house double check all lights and stove and heating is switched off ~Lock the front door after you. ~In the event you were not returning for an evening let us know 12 hours in advance, ~~The living room is also for you to enjoy, we ask you to handle everything with care .Any utensils in the kitchen are available to you however all dishes must go in the dishwasher directly after meals. ~No strangers , no smoking, no loud music ~Protect your house keys and gate fob, as in the event of losing either of them ,there is $100 replacement fee . ~~A $10 fee is due to be paid in advance weekly or $40 every 4 weeks for use of wifi and laundry facilities . ~~Laundry may be carried out twice per week with medium to full loads where possible.~~We’re available to you any day, to help out, if you have any questions, or concerns~~ ~~~Alex and Mr John Hosts
