I offer you to share a kitchen so you can prepare breakfasts and light dinners. It is very pleasant to enjoy them on the terrace with a panoramic view of the sea. The laundry service of the building is with paid tokens. You can use washer and dryer. Cleaning and change of bed and bathroom linen is done weekly. We wish you to keep the order and cleanliness of the room. I request a small guarantee deposit, as a gesture of commitment from the guest, equivalent to 50USD at the exchange rate of the day, which will be refunded 100% at the time of check-out. If you need a transportation service, for an extra fee I can pick you up at the Viña del Mar Bus Terminal. We want to welcome you and receive you with the warmth of home!
