Overview
WE live on a quiet road a few minutes away from Manhattan by Ferry. 3BR available with spacious living and dining room, kitchen and a private one and a half bathroom. Additional Service fee and Cleaning fee is $ 150 per stay. Available Weekly house keeping as needed or as per request with $120 fee. Otherwise cleaning up after your mess is appreciated. Cleaning supply is available for use. Changing bedsheets linens and towel are available upon request with $25 fee.
House Rules
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as your own home for the duration of your stay. Please make sure that you lock the front door before you leave and coming in. You have your own private bedroom located in second floor. Fully equipped kitchen , living room and one full bath room and one and half bathroom that will be shared with one or two guest. Feel free to use it but please leave it clean and tidy. You are welcome to use WIFI and a TV with local channels available.
